NEEDS:
Remove all the brush, branches, leaves removed along the driveway and in front of the parking lot. A team came out this summer to cut back all the trees and brush from the driveways, but the brush was piled up and not removed.
Inside Aspen Cottage, drywall needs to be replaced and painted. There is past flooding damage to the client bedrooms and laundry room that needs repair. There are plumbing issues that have required attention for many years and are becoming urgent.
Spruce Cottage bedroom doors need to be inspected
All the rooms in both cottages need work on closets.
Built in desks and headboards are needed in each room. Currently all rooms only have beds and a smaller dresser.
